The transboundary steering committee is a fifteen member team whose role is to advise on the performance of project management so as to realize the envisaged objectives and goals of BMP. They monitor progress and advice on cross cutting issues related to activity implementation. Additionally, the committee links project implementation at the cross border pilot site level to the IGAD-EU programme level and vice versa.
