This video describes the development of a reward-for-environmental-services' scheme in Sumberjaya, Lampung Province, Indonesia. Farmers carrying out erosion-reduction activities are rewarded with a micro-hydropower unit by the company operating a downstream hydropower dam that was experiencing extreme, costly sedimentation.
